This course is now a requirement in Iowa every two years and in Nebraska every four years.
This seminar has been developed for the real property appraiser interested in learning how to correctly report residential appraisal results based on the report type and scope of work in the assignment. It provides an excellent review for the experienced appraiser.
It is important for the appraiser to recognize that the level of information required in every appraisal report is based on the agreement with the client and the intended use. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and basic appraisal methodology are also reviewed as part of the course content. You must bring your 2008 -2009 USPAP book with you to class! Course registration fee includes box lunch.
