Tony Trodella finishes his tenure on the Board of Trustees
of The Appraisal Foundation….. 

He will be greatly missed!

Tony Trodella has been involved with The Appraisal Foundation since1989 when he made his first presentation to the Board of Trustees of The Appraisal Foundation on behalf of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers (MBREA). It was only 4 months after David Bunton, president of The Appraisal Foundation started in his leadership role.

 Tony helped lead the MBREA in the adoption of  USPAP in 1987. Tony served on The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council from 1990 until 2000. He also served as vice Chair of TAFAC in both its first format and in its current structure and was chair of TAFAC in 1999.

Tony is known for his professionalism in the classroom.  He taught the USPAP Update for Instructors and Regulators with the Appraisal Standards Board during the mid 90’s at various locations around the country.  He also taught Ed-Tour in the State of Nebraska on two separate occasions.

Since his appointment to the Board of Trustees in 2001, Tony served on the Admissions Committee, Audit Committee, Officers Nominating Committee, Oversight Committee, and Officers Nominating Committee.  He has also given his time assisting with numerous task forces and work groups for The Appraisal Foundation.

Tony and the MBREA Board of Directors were instrumental in assisting with the original format for the Mid-West Appraisers Association.  Tony has a lifetime membership in MWAA.  Thank you Tony for all that you have done and all that you continue to do!
